fathom records and summarizes your calls so you don’t have to take notes while trying to pay attention. it joins zoom or google meet for you, grabs the transcript, marks key moments, and gives you a clean summary you can actually use. the recap format is solid, and you can replay the exact part of the call when something was said. it only pulls from one calendar though, and changing that is a pain!  you have to email support. it’s not perfect, but it saves time and keeps you from missing things during calls.
